Many aches and pains can be relieved or prevented by changing the way
you operate your computer. When you combine prolonged postures, high
levels of concentration, and cyber aggravation you’re vulnerable to
physical problems. You can protect your health by changing your
computing posture, component placement, or work environment.

and ways to lessen strains and stresses to your hands, wrists, back,
